Owner-led
A crew from Trenton
Our story
Avany Contractors LLC began with Luis Azogue and a small crew in Trenton, New Jersey. We're still owner-led and still answer the phone ourselves—one crew for stucco, windows, doors, painting, decks and concrete.

We don't outsource trust. We train in every trade, document every scope in writing, and back the result with a 10-year workmanship warranty.

These aren't slogans—they're what you can hold us to on every visit, every day, on every job.
rules you can hold us to
- 01
Price in writing
Every line item is on paper before we start. No vague ranges, no 'we'll see later': if it's not on the quote, it's not billed.
- 02
One named lead
Not a rotating crew. One accountable person, one direct number, from first nail to final walkthrough.
- 03
The phone gets answered
A real person during business hours and a clear after-hours line for storm-related exterior damage. No call centers.
- 04
We respect your home
Drop cloths, shoe covers and protection in every work zone. We photo-document existing conditions before touching a thing.
- 05
Daily clean-up
Nails swept with magnets, debris hauled and your driveway usable before we leave. Every single day.
- 06
We finish what we start
No walk-aways. If something is off, we come back until it is right.
