Stucco Remediation

03

Common signs include cracking, bubbling, soft or hollow areas, water stains on interior walls, and moisture around windows and doors. A professional inspection with moisture readings confirms whether the problem is cosmetic or structural.

Most homes take one to three weeks depending on the square footage, the condition of the sheathing and how many windows and doors need re-flashing. We give you a realistic schedule before work begins.

Yes. Removing stucco without correcting the flashing and drainage details only hides the problem. We repair the substrate, install a drainage plane and re-flash openings so water is directed away from the wall.

Windows

03

Insert windows are a good fit when the existing frame and flashing are sound. Full-frame replacement is the better choice when there is rot, failed flashing or a need to correct the rough opening. We inspect first and explain both options.

Most homes are completed in one to three days, depending on the number of windows and whether full-frame work is required. Larger projects are scheduled in phases so the house stays secure each night.

Modern glass packages and proper sealing reduce air infiltration and heat transfer, which can lower heating and cooling costs. The biggest gains come when the installation is flashed and sealed correctly, not just when the glass is upgraded.

Doors

03

Sometimes. If the existing frame, threshold and flashing are sound, a slab replacement can work. If there is rot, settling or water intrusion, replacing the full frame is the more durable solution.

A single entry or storm door is usually completed in a day. Patio doors and openings that need framing or threshold repair may take two to three days.

Yes. We remove and replace damaged framing and trim before installing the new door, then flash and seal the opening so the repair lasts.

Painting

03

A single room is often completed in one to two days. Whole-home projects are scheduled room by room so you can keep living in the space. Drying time and the amount of repair work affect the schedule.

Yes. We patch cracks and holes, repair damaged drywall and address stains with the right primer so the finish looks uniform and lasts.

It depends on the room. Eggshell and satin are washable and work well in living areas, kitchens and bathrooms, while flat finishes hide imperfections on ceilings and low-traffic walls. We walk you through the tradeoffs.

Home Decks

03

Composite costs more up front but needs less maintenance and resists fading, rot and splinters. Wood costs less initially but requires periodic staining and sealing. We review both based on your budget and how much maintenance you want.

Most residential decks take one to three weeks depending on size, stairs, railings and weather. Permits and inspections can add time, and we plan for them up front.

Often yes. We inspect the footings, framing, ledger and railings first. If the structure is sound, we replace damaged boards and hardware; if it is not, we explain why a rebuild is the safer choice.

Concrete

03

Light foot traffic is usually safe after 24 to 48 hours, while vehicles should stay off for about seven days. Cure time varies with weather, mix and thickness, and we give you a clear timeline.

Sometimes. Minor cracks and cosmetic spalling can be repaired, but settled slabs often point to a base or drainage problem that will return. We inspect first and recommend repair or replacement based on the cause.

Concrete shrinks as it cures, so some cracking is normal. Proper control joints, reinforcement, a stable base and correct grading keep cracks controlled and prevent the settling and heaving that cause real failures.

Roofing

03

It depends on the age of the roof and the extent of the damage. A localized leak with sound decking and underlayment can often be repaired, while widespread wear, multiple leaks or failed flashing point to replacement. We inspect first and explain both options.

Most residential roofs are completed in one to three days depending on size, pitch, the number of layers to remove and the weather. Larger or steeper roofs are scheduled in phases so the house stays protected.

Yes. We trace the leak to its source—flashing, valleys, penetrations or failed underlayment—and correct the detail before the new roof goes on. Covering the problem without fixing the cause only delays it.

Siding

03

Sometimes. If the damage is isolated and the existing siding can be matched, a partial repair is possible. When the siding is at the end of its life or the moisture barrier has failed, replacing the full wall is the more durable choice.

Yes. We repair the substrate and install a weather-resistive barrier before the new siding goes on. Skipping that layer is the most common reason siding problems return.

Most homes take one to three weeks depending on square footage, the number of openings and the condition of the wall behind the siding. We give you a realistic schedule before work begins.

Gutters

03

Most homes need cleaning at least twice a year—spring and fall—and more often if there are overhanging trees. Gutter guards reduce the frequency but do not eliminate maintenance entirely.

Seamless gutters are formed on site to the exact length of each run, so they have fewer joints and fewer places to leak. They also look cleaner along the roof edge.

Guards keep out leaves and large debris, which reduces clogging. Small seeds and shingle grit can still collect, so we recommend periodic checks even with guards installed.

Vinyl Fencing

03

Posts should be set below the local frost depth and in properly sized footings with the right concrete. That is what keeps the fence straight through freeze-thaw cycles.

Very little. Vinyl does not need painting or staining; an occasional wash with soap and water keeps it looking new. We check gates and hardware during regular use.

Often yes. We re-set leaning posts, replace damaged panels and gates, and correct hardware. If the posts or footings have failed across a long run, we explain when replacement is the better value.
